Psychosocial risk assessment
Mental health is as much a part of workplace safety as physical safety. Under Victorian occupational health and safety law, employers must identify and control psychosocial hazards. Unmanaged, they show up as stress, burnout, absenteeism and turnover.
We work with healthcare, corporate, education and not-for-profit organisations to find what's driving risk in your workplace and build a plan you can act on.
The psychosocial risk assessment provided us with clear insights into the areas impacting our staff's wellbeing and highlighted both strengths and areas for improvement.
Dean tailored the workshops to meet the unique needs and challenges of our workforce. He created a safe space for open discussions and actively listened to the concerns and challenges faced by our staff.
Staff wellbeing programs
A workshop series built on positive psychology. Workshop 1: PERMAH, the modern wellbeing blueprint. Workshop 2: Eat, sleep, move, mastering the basics. Workshop 3: Wellbeing at work, tools for success. Workshop 4: Building resilience in the workplace. Run as a series or pick the topics your team needs.
One-to-one coaching for employees, starting with a physical and psychological wellbeing assessment. Weekly 90-minute sessions cover stress and energy, sleep and recovery, nutrition and resilience, with accountability to make the changes stick.
Engaging seminars covering the dimensions of wellness, with a version tailored for men. A strong starting point for R U OK? Day or a wellbeing week.
45-minute yoga classes and 30-minute guided mindfulness sessions, in person or over Zoom, tailored to your team, whether they sit at a desk all day or stand on the floor.
